Female Dog - $92; Male Dog - $87; Female Cat - $82; Male Cat - $45

Currently using Fayette Veterinary Clinic for our program. Pricing is subject to change based on vet clinic's current rate. 

**A rabies vaccine is now required within the program, if you CAN provide proof of an up-to-date rabies vaccination certificate (within the last 12 months from the date of the appointment) the cost of the rabies vaccination will be deducted from your amount due. We CANNOT deduct the amount due without proof of vaccination in hand first. It can be uploaded when completing the Animal Information Sheet**
